A brief intro


Brussels sprouts have long had a bad rap as one of the worst vegetables. Admittedly, I get it. Overboiled, mushy Brussels sprouts are not appetizing. However, there’s so much more beyond that if you know what to look for in choosing the right dish.

As you can probably tell, I really like Brussels sprouts. And judging by you visiting this page, you likely do, too. Follow along with me as I explore the best places to try different styles and varieties, and I’ll share tips on how to perfect them at home as well.
