I ate a Taylor Gourmet sandwich for dinner last night at work, which reminded me of my favorite hoagie of theirs. The Fairhill is stuffed with delicious roasted, juicy sprouts. The other ingredients are listed above.
Essentially all of the ingredients are great and the cilantro, pickles, cashews and aioli meld together for an unconventional sandwich. I’m also not the only one that feels that way, but I’m glad that there are other Brussels sprouts sandwich enthusiasts out there.
The bad news is that it’s a seasonal sandwich, so you can only grab this one during the winter. However, Taylor Gourmet has 10 locations in the D.C. area so when they’re back, there’s bound to be one nearby if you live in this area. Keep it on your radar for when it’s cold again.
