This is a monthly special at DC Noodles, which I have tried out twice now. The sprouts are roasted and served in a vinaigrette, which collects at the bottom so the Brussels sprouts are not evenly coated. It’s not really an issue, though. There are bits of beets, which pair surprisingly well.
